Content & Communications Lead

Founding Role | Spiritual Institute | London / Hybrid

We are a new spiritual institute founded by two living teachers, dedicated to advancing mystical philosophy, lived spirituality, and guiding the radical evolution of human consciousness.

Our work is not theoretical. It is experiential, transmission-based, and rooted in direct encounter.

We are seeking a Content & Communications Lead to join us at an early and formative stage and steward how this work moves from the inner world into the outer one.

This is not a conventional role.

It is a rare opportunity for a dedicated spiritual seeker and an ambitious, worldly creative to work in close apprenticeship with living teachers, participate in the founding phase of a rapidly growing institute, and help shape how revolutionary ideas in consciousness are expressed, shared, and encountered globally.

The role is interdisciplinary and will be shaped around the strengths of the right individual.

1. Inner-Facing: Content, Creative Direction & Production

You will work directly with the founders, Fayadan and Sebastian, to:

  • Capture teachings, transmissions, dialogues, and events

  • Take ownership of the full content production pipeline, from recording to final output

  • Offer original creative insight and direction, working closely with the founders to produce work of the highest calibre

We are seeking someone who understands video and media as an art form, with a devotion to cinematic quality and depth.

The aim is to create spiritual documentaries, films, and media that do not merely explain ideas, but transmit understanding — monumental works of art which stand unto themselves. You have the opportunity to create some of the most important spiritual content in the history of humanity.
As the institute grows, there will be opportunities to lead creative teams on larger productions.

2. Mediating: Publishing, Platforms & Digital Presence

Alongside creative production, you will be responsible for:

  • Publishing content across our platforms (website, social media, email)

  • Devising creative strategies for coherent and meaningful audience engagement

  • Contributing creative direction to media assets (visual identity, documents, artistic materials)

  • Managing and maintaining the institute’s website and digital presence

This role requires someone who can keep pace with prolific output and translate it into a clear, elegant public expression. Not only will you be managing this output, but you will be the first to receive these teachings directly.

3. Outer-Facing: Communications, Liaison & Elite Outreach

A central and highly exciting dimension of this role involves outward-facing communications and relationship building.

You will:

  • Work with the founders to develop strategies for high-level networking

  • Engage directly with founders, leaders, artists, investors, and other high-calibre individuals and organisations

  • Open conversations and secure meetings and introductions

  • Manage inbound interest with discretion, intelligence, and discernment

This requires refinement, confidence, and ambition — someone who is comfortable moving in rarefied spaces and curating relationships at the highest level. You will have opportunities to meet some of the most interesting people in the planet through this work.

Practical Details

  • Role: Content & Communications Lead (Founding role)

  • Location: London-based (hybrid)

  • Salary: £30,000 per year base

  • Upside: Performance-based commission

  • Start: Immediate
